Podcast production, start to finish
We plan, produce, and improve podcasts, whether that means building a new show or stepping into an existing one. From format and branding through recording, editing, clips, and distribution, we can handle the entire process or plug into your team wherever you need us.
How We Work
our approach
-
Before we talk about microphones or cover art, we want to know what your show needs to do. What are you trying to accomplish? Who are you trying to reach, and what do they actually care about?
-
Once those answers are clear, we design the podcast around them. The format, episode structure, segments, guest strategy, branding, and everything else should support that goal.
-
From there, we build an entire content ecosystem around each episode. A one-hour conversation can become weeks of clips, blogs, and other content built for your audience.

we’ve produced
Have an existing show?
We start by looking at what's working, what feels off, and what you want the podcast to do next. That might mean refreshing the brand, improving production, rethinking the format or distribution, or simply taking more of the work off your plate. Then we build the right level of support around the show.
Have any questions?
Whether you’re thinking about starting a podcast or figuring out what’s next for the one you have, we’d love to talk it through.
New Show
Launching a new podcast?
Most of the decisions that make a show work happen before the first recording. We take you through all of them.
We think about the whole show, not just the recording.
Concept and format
We help figure out what the show should be, who it’s for, and why they care to listen. Then we shape how each episode works: the length, the structure, recurring segments, and whether it’s interviews, a co-hosted conversation, or something else.
Name and positioning
We help you land on a name that fits the show and is easy to remember and search for. We also define the show’s angle, the one clear reason someone would choose it over everything else in their feed.
Show branding
We design the cover art, logo, and colors so the show looks like it belongs with the rest of your brand. Then we build templates for thumbnails and clips, so every episode and every post looks consistent from day one.
Music and sound
We find intro and outro music that fits the tone of the show, plus transitions and sound elements that make each episode feel produced. You hear it before anything goes live.
Recording setup
Whether you record in person, remotely, or a mix of both, we set it up to look and sound right. We can recommend simple, affordable gear for your space, or bring our own cameras, lights, and audio and handle recording for you.
Publishing plan
We set up where the show lives, including hosting, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube, and decide how often new episodes come out. We also plan how each episode gets cut into clips and Shorts, and how the launch rolls out, from how many episodes go live on day one to how the first few weeks unfold.
Existing Show
Have an existing show?
Every show needs something different, so the support does too.
Higher quality with a lower lift for your team.
Show review
We start by looking at what’s working, what feels off, and what you want the show to do next. Then we recommend where to focus first.
Format and direction
If your show has outgrown its format, we can rethink the structure, segments, length, or guest strategy to make episodes stronger and easier to produce.
Visual refresh
If your show needs a visual refresh, we can update the cover art, thumbnails, and clip templates while keeping what your audience already recognizes.
production
We improve how your show is recorded and produced, from cameras, lighting, and audio to the recording setup itself, so every episode looks and sounds its best.
Post-PRoduction
We handle all post-production, including editing, show notes, scheduling, and publishing on every platform, so getting each episode out is easy for your team.
Clips and YouTube
If you want each episode to reach more people, we can turn it into clips and Shorts and package the full episode for YouTube with titles, thumbnails, and chapters.
FAQs
-
No. For in-person recordings, we bring all the cameras, lights, and audio gear and set everything up on site. For remote shows, we recommend the right gear for your space and budget and help you get it set up.
-
No, we can produce audio-only podcasts. But in almost every case, we highly recommend video. YouTube is one of the biggest places people find and watch podcasts now, and video gives you clips and Shorts from every episode, which is how most shows reach new listeners.
-
Most episodes are turned around in 5 to 10 business days, depending on length and services. Rush turnaround is available in some cases. Either way, we build a production schedule that keeps your show on track.
-
Definitely! We offer flexible recording options, from fully remote to hybrid to all in person, and every episode still looks and sounds like the same show.
-
Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and more. We also handle show descriptions and search.
-
We create the clips and Shorts and publish to YouTube. Posting to other social channels usually stays with your team, and we deliver everything ready to go.
-
As involved as you want. Some clients show up to record and approve episodes. Others want a say in every decision.
-
Every show is different, so pricing depends on what you need. We’ll talk through your goals and put together a proposal that fits.
-
You do. The show, the episodes, and the clips are yours.
